Week 1:                Predominately demolition. Some trees, plant and foliage removed. Some trees that were removed were replanted in the front of the complex to fill in some gaps.   Preliminary underground drainage lines installed.  Demolition reveals the worsening deterioration of the retaining walls and further emphasized the need for this project. Week 2                 Week 2 saw the complete removal of the pool decking, much of the existing sidewalks, fencing adjacent to the pool. See photo.  Preparation and grading at Bldg 2 for the first new retaining wall installation. This area will host the pool equipment as well. See photo
