The property has not sustained any noticible wind damage other than small tree debris all around the place. We will be losing the Weeping Willow by 124.

As of 8 am the water level was just over the bulkhead. Ocean high tide was about 8 am, however Barnegat Bay high tide near Mantoloking is not until about 12 pm.

 

There is no access into Manasquan Beach or Green Avenue past the Yacht Club. There is no access East of the railroad tracks in Point Pleasant Beach through Seaside. All Roads are blocked by police or impassable due to severe flooding.
