The Jersey Shore will most likely be impacted by Hurricane Irene, however the severity of this impact may not be known until this Saturday. Don’t wait, please take action NOW in preparation of this pending hurricane. You can follow the storm online at http://www.nhc.noaa.gov/

 

Secure all outdoor furniture and anything else that may be subject to wind damage or that may become a projectile. Fuel your vehicle. Have some bottled water. Prepare for potential extended power outages. Your property may also be subject to evacuation which will be announced on local radio stations.
